Bird Song Brewing Co will be releasing their third bottle in their Take Flight Series called Turtles on Pterodactyls on November 13th in the taproom. Described as a Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels its really is so much more then that.
This is the first batch from 2013 of MexiCali Stout aged in bourbon barrels for 11 months with Cocoa nibs and cinnamon added then blended with this years MexiCali stout.
This Thursday (nov 6th) the Pizza Peel Cotswold will be tapping a special cask of MexiCali stout that has extra cocoa nibs and scotch bonnet peppers at 6pm. This is something you will not want to miss.
